| Gary and his staff are the best. They always provide honest advice, speedy and efficient service, and do so at a reasonable price. Gary always emphasizes the benefits of preventative maintenance, rather than just letting you drive it until the wheels fall off, and pay for a lot of costly and unnecessary repairs later. These guys are the best, and are the only place I go to help keep my X5 performing like new for many years to come. Having my vehicle repaired can often be a stressful and costly experience. It helps to know I'm being treated fairly and honestly when I visit your shop. There are a few unscrupulous mechanics out there that give the industry a bad name, but I never feel that I'm being taken advantage of at your shop. You always take the time to answer my questions and provide honest advice. It's that kind of service that will keep me a satisfied customer as long as I own a BMW. Thanks for all you do.
